二、設計和建設：危廢暫存間應由專業(yè)設計人員進行設計，并嚴格按照設計要求進行建設。建設應符合國家和地方的環(huán)保、安全等相關法規(guī)和標準，采用耐火、防爆、防滲漏等材料和工藝，確保安全、環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟、實用。
